Hayes Community Conference on 9th December

Every year I convene a community conference to bring local people and local bodies together to discuss the issues facing our community and to exammine how we can work together to improve the quality of life in our area.

Everybody is welcome to come along.

This includes local residents, local residents associations, representatives from the Police, NHS, and various agencies, schools and colleges, community groups, religious organisations and local Councillors.

The focus of this year's conference is on critical issues such as:

How do we reclaim and regenerate Hayes Town Centre?

What is happening in our local Health Service?

How can we tackle our local Housing crisis?

How can we work together more effectively to improve the quality of life in our area?

We will also give an update on the development of our local community radio station, Hayes FM, which we aim to have on air next March.

These are all vitally important questions which we as a community need to address. If you are concerned about our community, please come along.

No need to register just turn up.

The Conference will be held on Saturday 9th December at 10am to 1pm at Hayes Campus, Uxbridge College, Coldharbour Lane, Hayes.

I look forward to seeing you there.
